Our cancellation policies:

For group bookings of at least 6 rooms, the following cancellation terms apply:
    •Cancellation is free of charge if made up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  •Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will be subject to penalties, as set out in the booking terms and conditions.
 
It is recommended that any cancellation requests be made in writing, by email, to ensure they are properly recorded and confirmed.
